The 2024 budget aims to cover operational costs and fund essential and requested community upgrades. All proposed upgrades are divided into categories based on their order of importance and will require ongoing maintenance, which will be accounted for in future budgets.
The form allows you to submit your preferred budget and comments. The board will select the best budget based on your feedback.
ONE FORM SUBMISSION PER HOUSEHOLD. Choose carefully as the board will only receive one notification per household. All submissions will be reviewed to make sure they come only from the homeowner.
