ARC Online Application Instructions

Documents Required to Submit

Step 2

Download, fill, and sign the ARC Form

  • An Official survey with locations of changes marked with measurements.
  • Copy of vendor proposal/estimate showing kind, shape, height, materials, and color to be used and the location and measurements. (If doing this yourself, make copies of material receipts)
  • Color photos of the materials/changes requested. Examples include:
  • Color photos of fence panels, pavers, and mulch.
  • Sketches of landscape designs.
  • Diagrams of solar panel installation showing the location of panels, conduits, electrical boxes, etc.
  • Photos of shrubs or trees you wish to plant.
  • Photos of landscape edging and color
  • If changing the paint color combination, include photos of your left and right neighbors' homes.

Step 3

Gather all the REQUIRED Documents to process your application and avoid delays.

Step 4

Once you gather the required documents, use the free Adobe Convert to PDF & Merge to PDF tools below. 

If you have proprietary iPhone or Android image files, you can convert them to compatible formats so that you can merge into one PDF for submission.

Step 5

Take your single combined PDF form and upload it using the form.

ONLY ONE PDF Combined File will be accepted for submission to avoid delays and simplify the review process.


You will receive confirmation of your submission.

*If requesting fence approval, Paint color change, or roof color change, be sure to include pictures of your immediate neighbor's homes in the single combined pdf file*

*ALL applications must include the following documents/information in order to complete the application  package and to be considered by the committee"

Pools require a $2,000 deposit of Improvements to cover costs of incidental damage caused to the Association Property, an adjacent Home or Lot, or any other property (whether real or personal) by such owner's construction of Improvements.

Homeowner Agreement:

The applicant, a/k/a homeowner, holds the Association and its management agent harmless if the applicant plans on initiating and performing the improvements themselves.


Pools require a $2,000 deposit of Improvements to cover costs of incidental damage caused to the Association Property, an adjacent Home or Lot, or any other property (whether real or personal) by such owner's construction of Improvements.


By the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and the Association's Rules and Regulations, Installation must conform exactly to the approval and the Association's guidelines.


 Any variance could result in violations and fines.


I agree not to begin any property improvement{s) until I have been notified in writing of the approval.


I understand that the responsible Board/Committee has up to 45 days (Depending on governing documents) to review and either approve or disapprove this Alteration Application. 


No response is an automatic DENIAL. If any change is made that has not been approved, the responsible. Board/Committee has the right to ask me to remove the improvement from my property.
