Community Garage Sale:

April 27, 2024, 9AM – 5PM

Residents of Woodland Park are cordially invited to participate in our community garage sale. Set up your garage sales at your homes, utilizing your garages, driveways, and front yards to display your treasures.

Details for Participation:

• Hours: The sale will take place on April 27, 2024, between 9AM and 5PM.
• Map of Participants: A map with the locations of all participating homes will be posted on our website. This way, shoppers can easily find your sale.
• Registration: If you wish to participate, please sign up via the form below no later than April 16, 2024, by 7PM. The association will add you to the community permit application at no charge to you.
• Permit Process: The permit is a group electronic permit for the entire community, filed with the County. Once you RSVP, no further action is required for the permit process, and you will not receive a physical permit.

Missed the Deadline? Hosting Your Own Garage Sale?

If you miss the deadline for registering with the Association but are still interested in participating, you will need to obtain a Garage Sale Permit through the Orange County Zoning Department. The Orange County Permit fee is $14.00 per home. Homeowners who host a sale without the proper permit will risk a citation from Orange County Code Enforcement.
