📅 Events Committee


The Events Committee focuses on planning fun and meaningful activities that bring our community together. From large gatherings to small recognitions, this committee supports neighborhood engagement and positive connections among neighbors.



Responsibilities include:


Planning and organizing events such as:


  • Holiday parties
  • Food truck nights
  • Community pool gatherings
  • Neighborhood markets or vendor fairs
  • Yard of the Month program
  • Holiday decoration contests
  • Creating and submitting budget requests to the Board for each event
  • Coordinating logistics, including setup, communication, and volunteers
  • Recognizing homes that demonstrate excellent upkeep or seasonal decorations
  • Promoting events through flyers, email updates, and social channels



Expectations:


  • Must be a homeowner in good standing with no active violations
  • Must be collaborative and dependable, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Events must align with HOA policies and budgets — no unauthorized spending
  • This is a planning and action group, not a platform for complaints or personal preferences
  • One team leader must be appointed to act as the liaison with the Board

*ALL applications must include the following documents/information in order to complete the application  package and to be considered by the committee"

Pools require a $2,000 deposit of Improvements to cover costs of incidental damage caused to the Association Property, an adjacent Home or Lot, or any other property (whether real or personal) by such owner's construction of Improvements.

Homeowner Agreement:

The applicant, a/k/a homeowner, holds the Association and its management agent harmless if the applicant plans on initiating and performing the improvements themselves.


Pools require a $2,000 deposit of Improvements to cover costs of incidental damage caused to the Association Property, an adjacent Home or Lot, or any other property (whether real or personal) by such owner's construction of Improvements.


By the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and the Association's Rules and Regulations, Installation must conform exactly to the approval and the Association's guidelines.


 Any variance could result in violations and fines.


I agree not to begin any property improvement{s) until I have been notified in writing of the approval.


I understand that the responsible Board/Committee has up to 45 days (Depending on governing documents) to review and either approve or disapprove this Alteration Application. 


No response is an automatic DENIAL. If any change is made that has not been approved, the responsible. Board/Committee has the right to ask me to remove the improvement from my property.
